Equalitee Shop – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Equalitee Shop! We want you to love your order. Because of the nature of our production process, our policy depends on the product type.


1. Custom-Printed Apparel & Accessories

All of our shirts, sweatshirts, totes, mugs, and similar products are custom printed to order. Because these items are made just for you, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check your sizing, color, and address before completing checkout.


2. Stocked Items (Stickers & Magnets)

We keep all of our stickers and some magnets in stock and ship them directly from our studio.

  • Returns: We can accept returns of unopened, unused stickers and magnets within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: You may exchange unopened sticker or magnet sets for another design (buyer covers return shipping).

  • Refunds: Refunds for stocked items will be processed once the returned product is received in original condition.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If any item arrives damaged or misprinted (including apparel, tote, or print items), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll verify and send a replacement at no cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-printed apparel and accessories

  • Digital downloads

  • Opened or used sticker/magnet packs

  • Posters (due to print handling)

Exceptions apply only if the product arrives damaged or defective.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is verified. Refunds are granted only in cases of product error or damage.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
