Shipping Policy — Equalitee Shop

Processing / Handling Time

  • All orders (except stickers) are processed in 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Stickers are packed and shipped from our studio in 1-2 business days (though during busy holiday periods, processing may occasionally take longer).

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • For stickers, we use USPS as our carrier.

  • For other items, we use USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, or others depending on the product and destination.

  • The available carrier for your order will be shown on your order tracking page once it ships. 

Shipping Transit Times (Once Shipped)

  • Domestic (U.S.) shipments typically take 3-7 business days in transit after processing.

  • For international orders, transit times depend on the destination and customs — these can range widely (e.g. 10–30 business days)

  • Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and link to track the package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active in many carrier systems.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.

  • These are separate from shipping costs and are not controlled by us.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@equaliteeshop.com with your order number and tracking info.

  • We will assist you in filing claims or working with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we may issue refunds or replacements at our discretion.

Address Accuracy & Returns to Sender

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us by a carrier (e.g. undeliverable), we may require the buyer to cover additional shipping charges to resend.

Multiple Shipments / Partial Shipments

  • Some orders may ship from different print facilities or in multiple boxes.

  • Each box will have its own tracking number; you will be notified accordingly.

Holidays & Peak Periods

  • Around busy times (holiday season, sales, etc.), processing and transit times may be longer than usual.

  • We do our best to get orders out quickly, but please expect occasional delays during high volume periods.
