Welcome to Equalitee Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of equaliteeshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

Most of our products are made-to-order using trusted print-on-demand partners. Each shirt, hoodie, tote bag, and mug is printed specifically for you once you place your order.

However, we do keep all of our stickers and some of our magnets in stock and ship those items directly from our studio.

Because apparel and most printed items are custom-made, each order is considered unique to the customer.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there are issues with payment authorization or fulfillment availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped either:

  • Directly from our studio (for stickers and select magnets), or

  • By our production partners (for apparel and print-on-demand items).

Shipping times vary depending on product type and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once the item has shipped.

4. Customization & Personalization

We love custom orders! If you’d like to personalize an item or adapt a design, please contact us before purchasing. Custom requests must be approved in writing prior to production.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Because our apparel and print-on-demand items are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on those products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photography, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Equalitee Shop unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Equalitee Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert Your State]. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
